The idea that the thoughts that you think can affect your body is one that is worth looking at. For example it could be suggested that stress could be one of the things that can cause a person to be affected by a number of illnesses. So it could be very important the types of thoughts that are passing through your mind on a regular basis. So could changing the way that you think lead to a healthier life? And could gratitude be an answer to many of the conditions that affect your body?
You Have the Power to Give Joy
The power in the words thank you should not be underestimated, indeed you could be making a great impact on someone, when you truly show appreciation for good works that another person has done for you. Indeed in many situations the words thank you could be considered much more valuable than vast sums of money. True appreciation when applied at the right time could completely transform the life of another person. So you could see that the words that you speak could cause pain or great joy depending on the types of words that you are speaking.
The Power in Gratitude
The act of gratitude could be said to be one of the most important expressions in the human experience. both the giving of gratitude and the receiving of gratitude could be said to have many positive and valuable effects. The saying that what goes around comes around could be a useful saying to consider. The idea means that the things that you do to other people you could get done back to you. This idea is also found in the principle of “cause and effect”. So by doing something to another person, could mean that at some time in the future you could get back the same act that you did from someone else. If this is applied to the act of gratitude, you could find that a person who often shows gratitude, could find that they are recipients of gratitude also and regular occasions. So by planting positive responses in the lives of other people you could find that you will also get positive responses in your life. This could lead to the idea that it could be wise to consciously plant positive acts such as acts of gratitude, as this can lead to you receiving these benefits at a future time.
